Operations Support Administrator

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator to join our growing Operational Delivery team here at Lucion. This is a Full-Time, permanent role where you will be working 40 hours a week, with our head office being based on Team Valley, Gateshead. We are offering a basic salary of £23,796.

Role Responsibility

The duties of a Operations Support Administrator consist of:

  • Providing administration assistance nationally to all of Lucion Services
  • Drawing and annotation of technical site plans using DraftSight / AutoCAD
  • Generating and reviewing survey reports
  • Data entry onto multiple 3rd party systems and database maintenance
  • Working to deadlines to ensure KPIs are met and delivered to the highest standard
  • Reception duties including receiving inbound calls, dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone, ad hoc admin duties
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by members of the Operational Support management team

During periods of annual leave you will also be required to cover our client coordinators, this consists of:

  • Diary management and scheduling of survey appointments
  • Arranging site access with clients and any additional subcontract equipment required to carry out works
  • Ensuring contract SLA’s are met, KPI’s are achieved and maintaining client trackers
  • Managing and uploading data to client portals and third party asbestos management systems

The Ideal Candidate

What knowledge and skills you possess:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience within an administrative/customer services role
  • Excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic IT skills essential. Hands-on experience of using Google spreadsheets and third party data systems/portals desirable
  • Experience using AutoCAD/DraftSight desirable but not essential as full training will be given
