Technical Client Coordinator

Job Introduction

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Client Coordinator to join our Operations Support team based out of our office in Gateshead! We are offering a basic salary of between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on skills and experience. 

Role Responsibility

As a Technical Client coordinator, you will be providing assistance nationally to technical site colleagues, management and multiple key commercial clients in any areas of client liaison and contract administration for our key accounts. Providing trusted centralised support by embracing new technology and change, ensuring your work is always of a high quality with results being right first time and delivered on time. 

Your daily duties include: 

  • Day to day management of multiple key contracts in all contracts related administration. 

  • Client management, care and liaison 

  • Production of Site/Jobs specific risk & method statements  

  • Providing technical advice and assistance to clients and other team members 

  • Dealing with client requests accepting work orders, compiling work schedules, planning work programmes and progress reporting.  

  • Liaising with third party contractors to arrange any additional subcontract equipment required to carry out works  

  • Proactively working with the area operational Management Teams, to monitor current, and future workload delivery requirements. 

  • Management of internal and external software platforms and data   

  • Ensuring contract SLAs’ are met and KPI’s are achieved  

  • Report quality checking (P402 or equivalent required)  

  • Financial administration (Invoicing & General WIP management) 

  • Attending client meetings in a technical capacity and systems training sessions (travel may be required). 

  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by senior management.    

The Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant formal competence qualification(s) (P402 Essential) BOHS /P403/P404/P405) preferred but not essential.  

  • Broad range of technical experience in the asbestos industry working with multiple clients across a variety of industries 

  • Proven experience in document writing and asbestos technical expertise.  

  • Familiar with consultancy-based approach and client relationships 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Exemplary organisational and planning skills  

  • Demonstrable customer service skills  

  • IT literate, experience of using third party data systems/portals desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
