Role Responsibility
The duties depend on the area of your expertise; we are looking for people to cover our CCTV, Utilities and Land & Buildings team.
Land & Buildings:
- Production of Land Measurement Surveys.
- General Office Duties including collaboration on quoting of projects.
- Site visits & Project management of larger projects when working in a team.
- Hybrid working possibilities, experience dependant.
Utilities:
- Carrying out Utility mapping / PAS128 surveys across a variety of industries and locations
- Identifying utility pipes and cables for verification, validation, and excavation
- Gathering data to produce mapping information of underground and overhead distribution and supply services
- Liaise with clients on site to determine survey requirements / best approach
- Clearance surveys for intrusive excavation works
CCTV:
- Conduct/carry out comprehensive CCTV drainage condition surveys using both push rod and crawler unit systems.
- Evaluate and analyse drainage system conditions identifying blockages and structural defects.
- Generate detailed reports using viewline industry software and provide remedial recommendations for any required repairs and maintenance.
- Generate detailed site plans using AutoCAD software.
- Carry out detailed mapping surveys using state of the art electromagnetic and sonde location techniques.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous surveying experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude towards learning new technical proficiencies
- Practical hands-on skills with good attention to detail
- Using your own initiative if working alone
- Flexible and adaptable approach (including out-of-hours working)
- Well organised and works well under pressure
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence
