About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing Lucion’s Geospatial Surveying division, focusing on land, topographical, and utilities surveys. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing contracts to support major projects across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in surveying services and a passion for geospatial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand Lucion’s presence in land, topographical, and utilities surveying.
  • Identify and engage with new and existing clients, securing opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
  • Promote Lucion’s surveying expertise and work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with client requirements.
  • Represent Lucion at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging geospatial technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within land, topographical, or utilities surveying.
  • A well-established network within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or utilities sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
