Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Driller to come and join our Drilling team in Lucion Infrastructure! We are offering a basic salary of £24,000 and it will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Lincolnshire area.
Role Responsibility
As a Trainee Assistant Driller, you will be supporting our drilling team with their daily tasks and contributing to the wider team’s success. You will be supporting the lead driller on site that entails undertaking physical work, and it is imperative that you are able to follow key instructions.
Site works will take you all over the UK with the team experiencing the variation in sites and the many different techniques of drilling that will be required.
The main duties of the role are:
- Support with appropriate training and guidance the wider drilling team off site in the unit undertaking various tasks such as cleaning, servicing, repairs.
- Assisting with the maintenance of the rigs, trailers, equipment and vans with the appropriate training and guidance
- Adhere to all H&S policies and procedures.
- Support the Infrastructure team where necessary widening your skills and training.
The Ideal Candidate
- Flexible with their approach to work regarding hours of work and staying away from home.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all clients and employees.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to support all team members and drilling methods on the various rigs
- Full UK Driving Licence
