We’re now looking for a Technical Consultant with strong asbestos expertise and commercial awareness to join our growing team.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)
 This is a senior, trusted role with a high level of autonomy.

You’ll:

• Take responsibility for your own workload, clients, financials, and business development activity
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the sales pipeline
• Support tenders, marketing activity, and commercial teams
• Monitor and report on your sales revenue, turnover, costs, and profitability
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to support delivery
• Use business systems effectively, including NexGen, Scheduler, CRM, forecasting, invoicing, document management, and contract tools
• Ensure company systems are accurately maintained and kept up to date
• Deliver external asbestos training, both virtually and at Lucion and client locations
• Attend and engage in training to continuously develop your knowledge and skills
• Prepare weekly activity reports and contribute to team discussions
• Ensure all client requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and on time
• Make sure all work quoted is commercially sound, profitable, and free from unconsidered risk

🌱 About You (Credible, Organised, Commercially Aware)
 You’re comfortable managing responsibility — and making good decisions.

You’ll bring:

• A combination of relevant vocational qualifications such as BOHS P401–P407, S301, W504, or CocA (Asbestos)
• A strong working knowledge of UK asbestos regulations and guidance
• The ability to work independently, self-manage tasks, and prioritise workloads effectively
• Sound judgement, integrity, and a leadership mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems
• A full UK driving licence (preferably clean)

You’re pragmatic, organised, and trusted to represent the business well.
