📐 Land Surveyor – North East

We’re now looking for a Land Surveyor to join our North East team. This role suits someone who values accuracy, enjoys solving practical problems, and takes pride in getting details right.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)

This is a hands-on role where technical skill, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving are essential.

You’ll:
 • Carry out topographical and measured building surveys
 • Operate total stations, GNSS equipment, and laser scanners
 • Process raw survey data into clear, precise drawings
 • Keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
 • Maintain equipment and work safely on site

In short: capturing the details that make good decisions possible and ensuring data everyone relies on is accurate and trustworthy.

🌱 About You (Technical, Practical, Solutions-Focused)

You understand that good surveying balances theory, standards, and the realities of being out in the field.

You’ll likely:
 • Have 2–3+ years’ land surveying experience
 • Be confident using survey software (AutoCAD, N4CE, LSS, or similar)
 • Notice when lines aren’t quite straight
 • Trust measurements more than assumptions
 • Enjoy practical problem-solving outdoors
 • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Useful extras (not essential):
 • Experience with GNSS, total stations, or laser scanning hardware
 • Previous work on varied civil or construction projects

You’re organised, technically capable, and trusted to approach challenges calmly and methodically.
