Job Introduction
Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a hybrid role where your nearest local office is likely to be our Gateshead facility. We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of £23,796 rising to £25,000 after successful probation.
More About the Role:
- Establish and implement efficient daily invoicing processes for multiple client accounts
- Carry out invoicing using the company management system – NexGen - Generating drafts, invoices, and credit notes adhering to established protocols
- Access and upload invoices to multiple client portals
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure Purchase Orders are available to facilitate invoice generation.
- Minimize Work in Progress (WIP) and address aged WIP through investigation and liaison with colleagues and clients.
- Talk with clients to resolve any blocked invoices or other issues that may arise

- Relevant experience in administration, invoicing, accounts receivable, or credit control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Keen focus on reconciling data with clear oversight
